Clarification Regarding Transport Allowance etc. to PSS Group 'B' Officers in the Department of Posts.

A letter has been written by the O/o DA(Postal), Patna to the Director, Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, Deptt. of Expenditure (Implementation Cell), New Delhi-110001 for seeking clarification in the matter. The letter is as under:-

Regarding non drawal of transport allowance as per the admissible scale for grade pay of Rs-5400/- in wake of upward revision of grade pay from Rs-4800/- to Rs-5400/- in pre-revised pay scale of Rs. 9300 - 34800 in PB-2. Case of Postal Supdt. Group – ‘B’ officers.
