I am the HRO Hyderabad Sorting Division. Special care is being taken to amend the Recruitment Rules to provide for the Postmasters Cadre. However senior HSG I officials in the RMS wing have been left in the lurch with no further promotional avenues. This despite the fact that out of 800 odd Group B posts nationwide, about 100 are in the RMS wing. Why this discriminatory treatment?
